According to the interview that published by Famitsu on January 29, 2009, it states the following:

"The title has been rebooted which is part of the reason the name has been changed to Type-0. It’s also to make it independent from the rest of the XIII games. Type-0 was chosen to signify the beginning of what they consider to be a new series."

So I don't think you should include Final Fantasy Type-0 in Fabula Nova Crystallis anymore. Now the compilation is only include Final Fantasy XIII, Final Fantasy XIII-2, and Final Fantasy Versus XIII.
